# 對策劃師的基本要求

為確保平台服務及體驗活動質素，所有策劃師都必須滿足這些基本要求：

* **及時回覆：**在 24 小時內，回覆預訂諮詢與申請，保持高回覆率。
* **接受預訂申請：**在體驗開放預訂時，接受申請，讓用家感到備受歡迎。
* **避免取消預訂：**由於取消預訂會影響客戶的時間安排，因此我們非常嚴肅看待此情況，並要求所有策劃師盡量避免取消預訂。
* **保持優異的整體評分：**無論預訂什麼活動，用家都期待獲得始終如一的優質體驗。
