# 退訂政策
## Dotcept 標準退訂政策
預訂完成後24小時內或在體驗開始前至少7天取消均可退改
## **如何取消訂單及申請退款？**
可能有以下三款情況：
### **一）雙方免費取消**
訂單獲全額退款。適用情況：
#### • **天氣或其他非人為因素：**
我們非常重視安全問題。 如果天氣狀況等可能會影響參加者的安全，您可以取消預訂而免受處罰。退還款項會轉帳到付款帳戶中，處理時間根據信用發行機構而定。
#### • **符合Dotcept 標準退訂政策：**
若體驗符合[**Dotcept 標準退訂政策**](https://support.dotcept.com/manage-booking/cancellation-policy#official)，訂單將獲全額退款。

#### • 符合策劃人**建立體驗時已列明的指定條件：**
### **二）有條件取消（參加者可獲得全額退款）**
#### • 策劃人須承擔信用卡機構交易費
若體驗有別於或不符合標準退訂政策，策劃人須承擔信用卡機構的 5% 總額交易費，而參加者可獲得全額退款。
策劃人必須在收到郵件7日內，前往「繳交費用」，否則帳戶或被終止。
#### • 涉及罰款
取消預訂可能會破壞參加者的計劃。若以上所有條件不符合，策劃人取消已預訂的體驗，則可能會受到處罰。罰款高達預訂價值的20％費用。
策劃人必須在收到郵件7日內，前往「繳交費用」，否則帳戶或被終止。
### 三）**無法取消**
參加者不能取消「不予退改」的體驗。
但若策劃人同意，體驗可獲取消。請前往[**「取消訂單」**](https://www.help.dotcept.com/refund)。
相關費用視乎情況屬「一：雙方免費取消」或「二：有條件取消」。
